Who are we?

Researchers from two Universities: Leeds and Northumbria have come together on this project.

The study is led by Professor Janet Cade. Janet led the original evaluation of the SFVS 20 years ago. She is delighted to have the opportunity to take a closer look now.

Professor Greta Defeyter leads the team from Northumbria. Greta has many years experience researching food insecurity, social injustice, school feeding programmes and holiday hunger programmes in the UK.
